PRACTICE EXAM MARKING

Practice exam marking: understand your answers and reasoning.

Submit the practice exam, your own answers and, where possible, relevant course materials. We review your reasoning against subject-specific criteria, explaining how marks are awarded and what you can practise next.

Practice exam marking: €50 for a 90-minute exam, including 19% VAT (€42.02 net). Your quote specifies the questions, answers, review depth and explanations; other exam lengths are quoted individually.

Free and non-binding, with no account required. You receive the scope, deadline and total price before placing a binding order.
YOUR SUPPORT IN DETAIL

What helps you move forward.

  • Error analysis and transparent marking
  • Explanations of correct and incomplete approaches
  • Specific guidance on knowledge gaps and next study steps
  • Clearly identified assumptions when no official answer key is available
UNDERSTAND AND USE YOUR SUPPORT

Turn your answers into specific next study steps.

Review the question and your reasoning together

For useful marking, we need the complete questions and your own answers. Include intermediate calculations where possible and make your assumptions clear. This helps distinguish errors in the initial approach from errors in execution or presentation. Relevant course materials provide context for terminology and the methods expected in your course.

Understand marking with and without an answer key

If an official marking scheme is available, send it with the questions. Without one, feedback can use agreed, reasoned subject-specific criteria and identify any assumptions. A resulting allocation of marks is then an assessment for your learning. It is neither your university’s judgement nor a reliable prediction of the grade you would receive in a real exam.

Look for patterns as well as a total score

A marked practice exam becomes more useful when you turn recurring mistakes into a study plan. Which terms do you confuse? Where does an explanation lack support? Which calculation steps need more practice? The agreed feedback can help you identify such issues. Reattempt selected questions before relying on the model answer or moving straight to a new topic.

YOUR AGREED SCOPE

What you receive.

Your personal quote specifies the work, its scope and the deadline.

  • Review of the agreed questions and the answers you submit for them.
  • Clear feedback on correct, incomplete and mistaken approaches.
  • An agreed allocation of marks and clearly stated assumptions where no answer key is available.
  • Guidance on identifiable knowledge gaps and useful next practice steps. Marking price: €50 for a 90-minute exam, including 19% VAT (€42.02 net); your quote specifies the exact scope.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

Questions about practice exam marking.

Can you mark a practice exam without model answers?

Describe the questions and provide relevant course materials where possible. We clarify whether a reasoned subject-specific review is feasible. Without an official answer key, assumptions and marking criteria are identified. Any resulting score remains an assessment for your learning rather than an official university grade.

Which files should I upload for marking?

Send the complete questions, legible answers and relevant course materials. Intermediate steps help with calculations; open responses should be visible in full. Include model answers, a marking scheme or formatting instructions if available. Missing or unreadable sections may limit the scope that can be reviewed.

Will I receive explanations as well as marks?

The service provides understandable feedback on the agreed responses. We specify which explanations, allocation of marks and guidance on knowledge gaps are included before starting. A complete new model answer or another round of marking is not automatically included; mention these requests in your initial enquiry.

How much does marking a 90-minute practice exam cost?

Marking costs €50 for a 90-minute exam, including 19% VAT (€42.02 net). We agree review depth and explanations based on your questions and answers. Other exam lengths are quoted individually. Creating new questions is a separate service.

Can I have only selected questions marked?

Identify the question numbers and explain what you are unsure about. Include any necessary context, such as shared case information or formulas from the question sheet. We agree which responses will be marked. The scope and total price then relate to that specific selection.

How does this differ from creating a new practice exam?

Here, the questions and your answers already exist, and the focus is marking and feedback. If you first need suitable questions based on your course materials, enquire about a custom practice exam. The services can be combined when their separate elements are explicitly agreed in advance.
