Yes. Send the questions, your answers and, where possible, the relevant course materials. We assess your approach and explain our marking. Without an official marking scheme, we identify assumptions and uncertainties. Our assessment is not an official university grade.

When can I download the scan reports?

For model papers, available AI and plagiarism scan reports can be downloaded as PDFs in your portal as soon as the 25% preview is released. You do not need to buy the complete paper first.

What do the free sample files show?

The preview shows two of eight text pages, or 25% of the main text. The cover and reference sections remain fully visible; six text pages are blurred. The complete sample shows every page clearly. Both include clearly labelled sample reports with no actual scan results.

How much does support cost, and how long does it take?

How do I get started?

Send a no-obligation enquiry using the form, without an account. You can create an account later if you want to use the secure customer portal.

What does “no upfront payment” mean?

Your enquiry, preparation of the model paper and access to the 25% preview are free and non-binding. You then decide whether to buy the complete paper. Only an explicit paid order creates an obligation to pay. The full download is unlocked after payment is confirmed.

Which files can I upload?

Attach up to 10 files, each up to 10 MB, with a combined limit of 25 MB. These could include assignment briefs, marking criteria, your own drafts and reading lists. Supported formats are PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, CSV, PNG, JPG and WebP.

Is communication anonymous?

You and your assigned author communicate using aliases. The operator can see the contact details needed to manage your project. To remain anonymous to your author, also remove personal details from file contents and document metadata.

How do I pay?

You pay through Stripe directly from your customer portal. Open your project and review the free 25% preview. If you want to buy the complete model paper at the displayed total price, confirm this in your project and select “Continue to purchase confirmation”. You then open the Stripe payment page and explicitly complete your purchase there. The full download is automatically unlocked after payment is confirmed.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay with Apple Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay or Link. Choose your preferred payment method directly in Stripe Checkout and review the displayed total price before completing payment. The payment page shows the options available for your purchase.

When will I receive the complete PDF?

Once your successful Stripe payment has been verified and confirmed, the complete PDF is automatically unlocked in your customer portal. Your project shows “Paid & unlocked”, the amount paid and the download. Confirmation may take some time depending on the payment method. Returning from Stripe to the portal alone does not confirm payment.

What if my payment has not been confirmed yet?

Your portal checks the payment status automatically. You can also select “Check payment status” in your project. If payment is still processing or its status is unclear, please do not pay again. Contact support through your project messages if needed. Closing the Stripe page neither confirms nor cancels a payment already in progress.

What if I do not like the preview?

Simply choose not to order the complete paper. No paid contract is formed, and there are no processing or cancellation fees. Your enquiry and 25% preview remain free.

Can my author see my payment details?

You enter your payment details in Stripe Checkout. Your author is not shown card details in the customer portal. Your project records the confirmed payment status. However, using an alias in the portal does not provide full anonymity from the operator or Stripe.
