Terms and conditions
These terms explain how enquiries, previews, orders and delivery work at Skriptovia.
1. Provider and scope
The provider and contracting party is Solaris Power PV UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Auer Straße 29, 89257 Illertissen, represented by managing director Sadok Ben Haj Hamida, registered with Amtsgericht Memmingen under HRB 21276. Contact: support@skriptovia.com. These terms apply to model papers, editing and feedback services, coaching and methodology services, and the creation and marking of practice exams offered under Skriptovia. Individual agreements in a specific offer take precedence over these terms. The contract language is German.
2. Scope of services and responsible use
The service, scope, price, format and preferred deadline are described in the individual offer. Model papers are learning and reference materials. They must not be submitted as your own assessed work or used to misrepresent authorship. Editing and coaching support your own work; exam preparation and practice exams are intended for independent learning. Where marking is provided without an official model solution, the assessment is identified as a reasoned subject-specific judgement, with its underlying assumptions stated. No particular grade or examination decision is promised.
3. Non-binding enquiry and free preview
An enquiry, the creation of a model paper and access to the offered 25% preview are free. They do not oblige you to buy. The 25% preview applies to model papers; for other services, a preview is provided only if expressly promised in the offer. Discussing the topic, scope, deadline and a possible price does not in itself create a paid order.
4. Contract formation after review
For a model paper, you decide whether to buy the full paper only after reviewing the preview. The scope of services and total price are shown before you decide. A paid purchase contract is formed only if you then expressly place a binding order for the full paper at the displayed total price and confirm the order with an obligation to pay in the final ordering step. Requesting, creating, unlocking or opening the preview, opening the payment page, and silence do not create an obligation to pay. If you do not order the full paper, there are no processing or cancellation charges arising from the enquiry and preview. For editing, coaching, practice exam creation and marking, a contract is formed only through separate, express acceptance of the respective offer.
5. Prices and payment
Custom model papers cost approx. €18 per page including 19% VAT (€15.13 net), including all lists and scan reports. The specific total price depends on the subject area, length, requirements and deadline, and is shown before a binding order is placed. Additional services or costs require prior express agreement. If Stripe Checkout is offered for an order, the available payment methods are shown before confirmation. An obligation to pay arises solely from an express paid order at the displayed total price.
6. Delivery and cooperation
The agreed service and delivery date are determined by the individual offer. For model papers, the full file is made available in the customer portal after the binding order and the payment step described in the offer. You must supply the requirements and documents needed for the work in good time. New requests, a change of topic or additional services require a separate agreement.
7. Customer documents and confidentiality
You must be entitled to provide the texts and documents you submit for the agreed work. Please send only necessary data and remove information about third parties if it is not needed for the order. Order documents are made accessible only to the people needed for support and processing. Communication in the portal may take place under an alias; this does not provide complete anonymity towards the operator or payment service provider. Further details are set out in the privacy policy.
8. Usage rights
After payment in full, you receive a non-exclusive right to use the delivered model paper for your own learning and guidance. Submission as your own assessed work, resale or commercial distribution is not permitted unless expressly agreed otherwise. You retain the rights to your own submitted texts. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
9. Complaints and statutory rights
If a file cannot be opened or a service differs from its agreed characteristics, please contact support@skriptovia.com with the order details and a description of the problem. Statutory rights relating to defects and other consumer rights apply. These terms do not restrict statutory claims.
10. Withdrawal and termination
Before a binding paid order for a model paper is placed, the enquiry and preview do not create a paid contract that would need to be withdrawn from. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected after a contract is formed. The required withdrawal instructions and model form are provided separately before the relevant order. Starting performance before a withdrawal period ends, or the loss of the right of withdrawal, is agreed only if the information, declarations and confirmations required for the specific type of contract are actually obtained during the ordering process.
11. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. These terms do not provide a blanket exemption from liability for damage or breaches of duty for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
12. Dispute resolution and final provisions
Statutory information requirements apply to participation in consumer dispute resolution proceedings. The statutory rules apply. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining agreements remain unaffected within the scope of the law.
